Shipping

• Shipping within New Zealand is calculated at checkout.
• Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment, Monday to Friday.
• Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
• Oversize items and international shipping are quoted separately. Contact us for a quote.

Returns

Returns are at our discretion. Please contact us first for return details. We will issue a return number, and items sent without one may not be accepted.

• Returns must reach us within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unopened and completely unused.
• Special-order, clearance and sale items, and items not held in our stock, are not eligible for return, unless faulty.
• Refunds are for the product only. Shipping is not refunded, and you pay the cost of sending the item back to us.
• Refunds are issued after we have received and checked the item, for the amount we decide. A restock fee may apply.

Faults and warranty

Warranties are provided by the original manufacturer and are back to base. We do not cover the cost of returning an item under a manufacturer's warranty. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
