By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean raceandrally.nz.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. An order is confirmed when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or stock availability, and will refund you in full if we do. Products shown as POA are priced on request.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

Warranties are provided by the original manufacturer and are back to base. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you buy for business purposes, that Act does not apply to the extent the law allows.
Many of our products are for motorsport and competition use. You are responsible for choosing parts that suit your vehicle and the rules of your event or series, and for having them fitted by a competent person. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Membership is free. Member and sponsor discounts are shown at checkout, and the single highest discount applies. We may change or withdraw a membership or discount. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Services are by enquiry and quoted individually. Vehicle hire is by enquiry only and is subject to terms agreed in writing before hire.
